Return Policy

When you place your order on, you are welcome to return any item using our return policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we may not refund an item that is sent without any return paperwork.

An item should be returned within 30 days of its delivery date, unused with all garment tags attached. If an item is purchased that is on sale it should be returned within 14 days of its delivery date. Our branded boxes are considered to be part of the product and must be returned with the item. This is also to ensure that the item arrives back to us undamaged. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you without a refund.

To make a return, log into your account and select “Order Review” then click on “Return”. Fill out the information and then submit. After your return has been authorized you will get an email notification, which includes your return label. You may also go to, click My Accounts > My Returns and print your shipping label to send the item back.
