Checking Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received.
In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our distribution center for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system.

You may track the status of your package via your KLS account or www.UPS.com.

Order Cancellations

We process orders rather quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any order modifications at any time before an order has shipped. The best way to change or cancel an order is to send us an email at clientservices@kls.com. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email.

If we are unable to cancel or make the requested change to your order before it ships to you, we will provide you with a return shipping label that you may use to make a return at your convenience according to our Return Policy.
